The Good Yarners Craft Sessions

6:30 pm

– 8:30 pm

Local community group on a mission to boost the neighbourhood with creative and transformative projects and opportunities which bring people together to reduce isolation and increase social cohesion.

We use yarn to do good and have a good yarn as we make!

Craft sessions aimed at the over 50s to bring people together, have a good natter and share skills with each other.

We are working together to create FLOWER themed art displays around our local neighbourhoods to brighten up the place and people’s days, and bring family-friendly activity trails for everyone to enjoy, especially during school holidays. Currently we are also working towards a competition entry to Heart of England in Bloom. Our first year! All crafting hands as well as green fingers needed this year!

Dates:

Tuesday 16 June, 6.30pm Brandwood Centre

Tues 21 July, 6.30pm Brandwood Centre
